We also collect information automatically when you use the Platform, including device information, IP address, browser type, pages visited, and interaction data. If you enable location services, we may collect your approximate location to show nearby spaces.

We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve the Platform; process bookings and payments; communicate with you about your account and bookings; send promotional messages (with your consent); personalize your experience and show relevant spaces and experiences; detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security issues; and comply with legal obligations.
3. Information Sharing
We share your information with hosts when you make a booking (limited to what is necessary to fulfill the booking), payment processors to complete transactions, service providers who assist with Platform operations, and law enforcement when required by law. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share aggregated, de-identified data for analytics and business purposes.
4. SMS / Mobile Messaging
When you provide your phone number during registration or booking, you may receive transactional SMS messages including verification codes, booking confirmations, cancellation notices, check-in updates, and support ticket notifications. Message frequency varies based on your activity. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or reply HELP for assistance. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase. We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign. We may share your personal data, including your SMS opt-in or consent status, with third parties that help us provide our messaging services, including but not limited to platform providers, phone companies, and any other vendors who assist us in the delivery of text messages. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
5. Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, understand how you use the Platform, and deliver relevant content. Essential cookies are required for the Platform to function properly. Analytics cookies help us understand usage patterns. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings, though disabling certain cookies may limit Platform functionality.
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. We may retain certain information after account deletion for legal compliance, dispute resolution, and fraud prevention purposes. Booking records are retained for a minimum of seven years for tax and regulatory compliance. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information; object to or restrict certain processing; request data portability; withdraw consent for marketing communications; and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
