Yes. When selecting a time slot, you can choose how many hours you'd like. The total price is calculated based on the hourly rate multiplied by the number of hours. Some hotels offer discounted rates for longer stays.
You can book up to 90 days in advance depending on the hotel's availability. Same-day bookings are also available if time slots are open.
All bookings come with free cancellation. Cancel anytime before check-in and your $5 booking fee is fully refunded. Since the room rate is paid at the property, there's nothing else to worry about. Go to your Profile, find the booking, and cancel it.
Check-in & Stay
Head to the hotel at your booked start time and check in at the front desk. Give them your booking ID or the name on the reservation. You'll receive a check-in confirmation email once the hotel marks you as checked in.
Just a valid photo ID and your booking confirmation (the email or your booking page in the app). No printed paperwork is needed.
Your time slot is reserved for you. If you arrive late, your booking end time stays the same — you won't get extra time. If you can't make it at all, simply cancel for free from your Profile.
Extensions depend on availability at the hotel. Ask the front desk if additional hours are available. You may need to create a new booking for the extra time.

Yes. Day-use guests typically have access to the same amenities as overnight guests, including Wi-Fi, pool, gym, and parking where available. Specific amenities are listed on each hotel's page.
If the room significantly differs from what was described, contact our support team within 24 hours. We'll work with you and the hotel to resolve the issue.
Your Account
Tap the user icon in the header and select Sign Up. You can register with your email address or sign in with Google or Apple. A verified email is needed to make bookings.
Go to the Log In page and tap Forgot Password. Enter your email address and we'll send a reset link. The link expires after 24 hours.
All your bookings appear on your Profile page under the Bookings tab. You can view upcoming, past, and cancelled bookings along with their details.
After your stay is complete, you'll receive an email inviting you to leave a review. You can also leave a review from your booking confirmation page or your Profile's past bookings.
